Teacher Appreciation Tea Party
Priory Education Centre
Last year we threw a teacher appreciation tea party to say thank you to teachers for their incredible work during the height of the pandemic. It was such a great afternoon that we have decided to make this an annual event and if you’re a teacher in Essex then you’re invited!
About Us
Priory Education Centre
From Vikings to Victorians, pond dipping to pre-school nature play, the St Osyth Priory Education Centre aims to create memorable and inspiring school trip experiences for children. The education programme focuses on the history of the St Osyth Priory Estate and its wildlife. The rich resources for outdoor learning on the estate include a historic deer park, wilderness garden and pond dipping platform, enabling children to become immersed in nature. Groups discover the Estate’s wildlife through meeting the rare breed farm animals or riding on a tractor trailer to view the rich and varied array of habitats within the grounds.
Celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee at St Osyth Priory!
Priory Education Centre
Inspired by the Queen's 70 years of service, St Osyth Priory Education Centre announces a school trip that celebrates the Estate's historic links to royalty through the ages. Set within spectacular sprawling parkland, St Osyth Priory is rich in history and tales of queens, princesses and royal rulers abound. Bring your class along to discover the stories that span the Anglo-Saxon period right through to the English civil war.
